This is a precious verse extracted from the Kadam trulpe lebam wich contains the essential meaning of MAHAMUDRA ,the"FORM OF PURE CRISTAL" THE NGALSO SELFHEALING OF LAMA GANGCHEN is a commentary to this verse and a method to reach the Sublime State.

If we follow well the Holy Guru Instructions even before reaching Enlightenment we can realize a stable energy similar to the Truth Body(Dharmakaya) and the Form Body.
We have and must find this quality now with the power of Tantra.
When the Holy Guru gives us the right "WISDOM KEY"all doors are opened and everything become possible do to the power of the truth.
We can in this way win over all the negative forces.
